Cancellation Policy

At Breathing Space, I do everything I can to accommodate scheduling requests. Life happens and clients may not always be able to keep their appointment time. My cancellation policy is that of a standard, 24 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling appointments. No call no shows will be charged 100% while those who call same day will be charged 50%.

If your appointment has been paid for ahead of time you will be refunded for 50% of the cost of your appointment. If clients call/text/email with more than 24 hours notice they can be fully refunded or rescheduled (in which case, your payment will be moved to the new appointment).

Masking/Covid Protocol

The nature of my job is to help make my clients feel as comfortable as possible. With this in mind, I am not requiring masking. However, I am more than happy to wear a mask for those who would like a masked session. My treatment room is always sanitized thoroughly between sessions and extra masks will be on hand for any clients that would like one.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Breathing Space is owned and operated by a Licensed Massage Therapist. The treatments received by clients at Breathing Space are of a professional nature. Any inappropriate behavior or behavior that would otherwise make your therapist uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
